With over 33 years of experience in Christian outdoor ministry leadership and fundraising, I bring a deep understanding of the mission, rhythms, and realities of ministry life. I’ve served as an executive director, development leader, coach, and national consultant—equipping organizations to thrive through strategic, relationship-based development.​

 

As a fundraising consultant, I offer a broad range of services, from annual fund development and capital campaign planning to donor engagement strategies, grant writing, and board training. I’ve helped ministries increase annual giving from $127,000 to over $520,000, developed successful million dollar plus capital campaigns, and secured major grants.

 

My approach is rooted in both proven strategy and connection—aligning donor support with the heart of your ministry.

 

Beyond fundraising, I bring decades of experience in camp and retreat operations, having led year-round ministries serving more than 5,000 guests annually. I’ve hired, trained, and supervised full-time and seasonal teams, facilitated strategic planning, launched programs, and led major facility renovations, including the restoration of a 13-bedroom historic lodge. I understand how hospitality, program impact, and facilities all intersect to shape donor confidence and mission alignment.
